Mark Jourdain
Founder & Managing Director
Mark Jourdain founded Solution Consultants in 2009 having worked for a number of telecoms businesses for 15 years. As managing director, Mark has overseen the growth of the business from start-up, to becoming a leading independent Telecom, IT & Utility service provider. Mark’s interest mainly revolve around sport, family, friends & his two dogs.
Chris Pollard
Sales Director
Chris joined SolCo in 2019 as Sales Director, with a wealth of experience in telecoms and IT. As well as growing our client base, Chris has also grown an extensive network of trusted partners in the Thames Valley area.
Outside of work, Chris enjoys spending time with his family, playing football and looking after an assorted range of household pets accumulated by the rest of his family over many years.
Richard Smith
IT Service Manager
Richard joined SC in 2022 as IT Service Manager, having provided telecoms and IT support in a number of industries previously, Richard now heads up our Service Team to bring structure and performance improvements in responding to our client’s needs. Most of Richard’s spare time is either with family or the local church he is a member of.
Shirley Ralfe
Energy Account Director
Shirley joined Solution Consultants in 2018 as an Accounts Director. She comes from a successful Corporate Management background, with 15 years in General Management, Energy Procurement and Customer Service. Her interests centre around her family, friends and her love for animals.
Andrei Ciobanu
IT Support
Andrei joined SolCo in October 2023, bringing with him a strong academic background in Digital Technology from the GBS, where he graduated with merit. His desire to do everything perfectly, strong work ethic, professionalism, and excellent teamwork skills have been instrumental in his role. Beyond his professional life, Andrei’s passion for technology extends to providing voluntary IT support for his local church, pursuing various certifications, and upgrading his personal PC.
Connor Smith
IT Support
Connor joined Solution Consultants in early 2017. He’s been in IT since he finished his IT apprenticeship in 2014, since then he’s been undertaking exams to gain additional qualifications to expand his knowledge. Connor keeps our network in check as well as providing support to our customers, he helps the team out with any technical enquiries and assists the engineers on-site when needed. Connors spare time mainly consists of watching the latest movies, cooking, seeing his friends and playing his PC/PS4.
Noah Lynn
Technical Sales
Noah joined SolCo in late 2023 in a technical sales role, to help find new opportunities. Noah has an aspiration to build a career in sales and expand his knowledge of the IT industry. In Noah’s spare time, he enjoys playing and watching football and spending time with his friends and family.
Kieron Kirby
1st Line Support
Kieron joined Solution Consultants in late 2022 to expand the support team. He is currently undergoing an apprenticeship to expand his knowledge in the IT industry. Previously, he took on an IT course in school which has helped him to develop his IT and networking skills. During Kieron’s free time he is usually playing games or socialising with friends.
Tom Lui
1st Line Support
Tom joined Solution Consultants early 2023 to expand the customer support team, having previous experience in the legal and education industry. He is currently undertaking training to expand his knowledge on telecoms, networking, and IT. During Tom’s spare time he’s usually socialising with his friends, drawing, or playing his PS5
