Mark Jourdain founded Solution Consultants in 2009 having worked for a number of telecoms businesses for 15 years. As managing director, Mark has overseen the growth of the business from start-up, to becoming a leading independent Telecom, IT & Utility service provider. Mark’s interest mainly revolve around sport, family, friends & his two dogs.
Office and Billing Manager
Ellie joined Solution Consultants in 2013 after having some time out of the industry to have her family. Ellie comes from an account management role in the IT industry and brings a wealth of customer service experience and management skills to the team. Outside interests revolve around her two children, husband and new puppy – fitting in some sport where she can!
Customer Support Team Leader
Joshua joined Solution Consultants in 2014 from a retail background. After a very steep learning curve he is now an IT and data Guru and heads up our customer service. Josh works very hard to ensure all our customers are looked after to the highest of standards by every member of his team. When Josh has some downtime he enjoys going to the gym, playing sport and socialising with his friends.
Head of Engineering and Business Development
David joined Solution Consultants in 2009 as a systems engineer. Since then David has secured many successful installations and is now heading up the engineering and business development Team. David takes great pride in his work and is testament to our customer service ethos. In his spare time David enjoys clay pigeon shooting and spending as much time as he can with his growing family.
Customer Support for Hosted Services
Matt joined Solution Consultants in mid 2016 to expand our customer support team. He’s become very knowledgeable with the hosted voice platform and is a welcomed asset to the team, coming from a customer services background he takes pride in doing the best for our customers. In Matt’s spare time he’s usually socialising with his friends, playing rugby or on his X-box.
Head of IT Services
Connor joined Solution Consultants in early 2017. He’s been in IT for the past 4 years since he finished his IT apprenticeship in 2014, since then he’s been undertaking exams to gain additional qualifications to expand his knowledge. Connor keeps our network in check as well as providing support to our customers, he helps the team out with any technical enquiries and assists the engineers on-site when needed. Connors spare time mainly consists of watching the latest movies, cooking, seeing his friends and playing his PC/PS4.
